Being part of telecommunication industry, it desired an opportunity management portal which can facilitate a range of services to people, technologies, networks and devices. Customers being the main focus, it needed a portal that can perform different opportunities.

An extensive portfolio of Liferay services was provided by Liferay developers at Elegant MicroWeb. The main aim was to provide users the accessibility to set various opportunities which were already defined through organizational goals for people in the organization (client). Our developers provided Liferay portlets to create list of opportunities on the portal that were displayed according to dates, status etc. The users could view the information by choosing between preferences. Also, it was possible to post remarks, upload documents and attachments once the opportunity was set. There was provision to generate different opportunity reports with Liferay portlet development. For instance, reports related to user lists, user sales etc. could be easily viewed.

This was, perhaps, one of the most comprehensive projects done till date. Liferay developers took every single aspect into consideration while using Liferay themes and portlets on the portal.
